Organization of the book

This is an online version of a book in progress. As you will see all chapters are in draft form, and many chapters are merely a collection of notes.

Chapters are arranged chronologically by year. The final book will not have nearly as many chapters as you see now. Dividing the book in the current fashion is merely a device for organization purposes. At this time I do not know what years are important or what years can be combined to form logical groups.

Referencing material in the book

If you are referencing these chapters for your own research keep in mind that much of the information has not been verified, so use the text as a guide only. If you do cite any of these chapters for your own research you might note the date provided at the bottom of the page of each chapter. The date will change as the chapter changes.

If you wish to quote selected material for publication purposes please ask me for permission.

Contributing information to the book

I welcome any information you can contribute. Each chapter has an email link at the bottom of the page. Clicking on this link will bring up an email form in which you can type what information you have. I, also, welcome any comments, and of course love any corrections.

Translators needed

I need translators of Swedish into English or Chinese into English, and occasionally English into Swedish or Chinese. I cannot pay you for your time. So your translation will be a donation to a worthy cause, and your name may find its way eventually into the acknowledgements section of the book.
